HOMOGRAFÍA / HOMOGRAPHY (H.H) is a festival focused on works that have a close relationship with action art (performance), and sexual dissidence movements. The presented works – video & performance – explore identity, the relationship between body and artistic creation, representations of (non-normative) masculinity, the manipulation of media, voyeurism, and exhibitionism.

H.H has held 5 previous editions in Mexico and Belgium, and is now preparing a sixth edition to be held in October 2020 in Brussels.

VIDEO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Video artists, photographers, visual artists and students over 18 years of age may participate, regardless of their geographical origin, ethnic origin or current residence
• Categories / Genres: video-experimental, video-art, video-performance, fiction, documentary, animation, alternative
• Maximum duration for each video 30 minutes
• Maximum 2 videos per author, made in the last three years
• Subtitles in Spanish / English are welcome
• You have the option to upload video files with a 20 MB Max. limit, or you can submit links where your video can be viewed on-line.
• 90 word synopsis
• Short biography or CV of the author
• Please include one jpg image maximum size 1 MB

HOMOGRAFÍA / HOMOGRAPHY reserves the right to use the selected works, or fragments, strictly for promotional purposes of the festival.

This call for performance submissions is for Brussels events only!

• Maximum 2 video demo submissions per author
• You have the option to upload video demo files with a 20 MB Max. limit, or you can submit links where your video demo can be viewed on-line
